Youth Representative at UN DGC Civil Society Unit은 UN DGC 협력 국제 NGO인 (사)미래희망기구를 대표하는 청소년으로, 미국 뉴욕에 위치한 유엔 본부 출입이 가능한 UN Grounds Pass가 발급되며, 유엔 본부 내에서 진행되는 모든 UN 및 산하 국제기구 회의 및 컨퍼런스(비공식인 경우 제외)에 참여가 가능하다. 연간 2-3명의 청소년 대표를 지정할 수 있으며, 만 18~32세 사이의 청소년이자 UN DGC 협력 NGO와 그간 긴밀하게 활동하고, UN 및 지속가능발전목표(SDGs)에 깊은 관심을 보인 자를 대상으로 선발한다.
Hope to the Future Association (HFA), UN DGC associated Civil Society Organization designates 'Civil Society Youth Representatives' on annual basis. The UN Headquarters in New York issues 'UN Grounds Pass (valid for one year)' to the youth representatives, allowing access to the UN Headquarters in New York and invites them to youth-related public information events at the UN. HFA appoints two representatives every year, and the candidate must be age between 18 - 32 with a profound interest in the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and should have actively participated in UN DGC associated NGO programs.
