제44회 예일 모의유엔 대회 (Yale Model United Nations XLIV)에 참가하신 여러분을 환영합니다!

저는 제44회 예일 모의유엔 대회의 사무총장인 올렉사 알렉스 마르티니욱 입니 다. 예일 국제관계 협회와 예일 모의유엔 사무국은 제44회 예일 모의유엔 대회가 미국 코테니컷주 뉴헤이븐의 예일대학교에서 2018년 1월 18일부터 21일까지 개최됨을 알립니다. 대회 등록은 2017년 5월 22일부터 시작 될 예정입니다.

제44회 대회 준비를 시작하면서, 저희 예일 모의유엔 사무국은 교육적 사명감을 가지고 여러분이 최고의 경험을 하시도록 헌신할 것입니다. 저희는 올해 참가자 들을 위해 “위기 대처 위원회” (Crisis Committees)를 신설하였습니다. 이 새로운 위원회는 기존 위원회들과 협력하여 참가자들의 다양한 기량과 관심사를 아우를 것입니다. 저희 대회에서는 더욱 다양한 참가자들의 참여를 독려하고 동시에 높은 수준의 토론을 장려하기 위해 UNA-USA형식 의사 진행 규칙을 도입할 예정입니다. 또한 더 많은 학생들에게 다양하고 교육적인 경험을 제공하고자 재 정 지원을 확대하고 새로운 재정 보조 프로그램을 도입하였습니다.

Dear Delegates, Advisors, and Parents,

Welcome to Yale Model United Nations XLIV!

My name is Oleksa Alex Martiniouk and I have the honor to serve as the Secretary-General for YMUN XLIV. The Yale International Relations Association and YMUN Secretariat are proud to announce that our forty-fourth session will be held from January 18th to 21st, 2018 on Yale’s campus in New Haven, CT. Registration for the conference has opened.

As we begin preparations for our forty-fourth iteration of Yale Model United Nations, we are committed to our educational mission and strive to create an unparalleled delegate experience. We are excited to announce a revamped committee experience for our delegates this year: an organ dedicated to crisis committees will join the traditional YMUN committee organs to embrace the diverse skill sets and interests that delegates bring to the conference. To make our conference more accessible to a wider range of delegates whilst providing the highest caliber of debate, we will be adopting the UNA-USA Rules of Procedure. In line with our commitment to accessibility, we are excited to build upon last year’s success with our increased financial aid, whilst also introducing inaugural aid programs in accordance with our dedication to providing a diverse and educational experience at our conference.
