All participants of Trilateral Cooperation Youth Forum 2016 must arrive at Korea National Diplomatic Academy (KNDA), where the opening ceremony will take place, by 12:50.

All participants must report to the registration desk at the 1st floor KNDA in order to complete the registration process and get seats assigned.

Airfare will be covered for those with Chinese or Japanese nationality, travelling from China or Japan. Please make sure to keep your e-ticket itinerary and receipt as proof to process travel reimbursements.

Airfare will reimbursed up to a limit of KRW 350,000. (Approx. CNY 2,000 | JPY 34,000)
