United Nations Publications has been publishing books and reports in the six official languages of the UN, thereby disclosing internally adopted resolutions and urging the participation of the international community, particularly in engaging youth in achieving the SDGs. Through collaboration with non-profit organizations and non-governmental entities, such as Hope to the Future Associations, it broadened its impact.
Hope to the Future Association has been actively engaged in various activities to promote the contributions of Korean youth to the international community, and has been recognized its effort by formally being associated with UN DGC in 2014. We have also translated and published UN official books into Korean through a publishing contract with the United Nations Publications.
We would like to announce that our next book, "A Child's Right to Rights" has been published.
In particular, this book holds significance as Korean youth who understand the significance of the UN, the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), and the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child, which are common goals of the international community, participated in the initial translation. We ask for your support and encouragement for the students who participated in translating books originally produced in foreign languages into Korean and in creating educational materials for children and youth in our country through their voluntary efforts.
Thank you.
